Ingredients
  

  • 16 ounces Fresh Spinach + Mixed Greens
  • 16 ounces Fresh Strawberries stems removed and sliced
  • 1/2 cup Crumbled Cheese goat cheese, gorgonzola, blue cheese or feta
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Pecans
  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil for dressing
  • 1/3 cup Balsamic Vinegar for dressing
  • 2 teaspoons Maple Syrup for dressing
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard for dressing
  • to taste Salt for dressing
  • to taste Pepper for dressing

Method
 

  1. Whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a bowl until fully combined.
  2. Combine 16 ounces of fresh spinach and mixed greens in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Remove stems from fresh strawberries and slice them.
  4. Add the sliced strawberries, crumbled cheese, and chopped pecans to the bowl of greens.
  5. Drizzle the homemade balsamic vinaigrette over the salad and gently toss until well-coated.
  6. Serve immediately while the greens are crisp and vibrant.
