Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 4 small sweet potatoes
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 bag shredded lettuce 8 oz
  • 1 medium red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 pint diced tomatoes 10 oz
  • ½ cup pickles diced
  • to taste special sauce

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Peel and dice the sweet potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Drizzle the sweet potatoes with avocado oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  4. Spread the seasoned sweet potatoes onto a lined baking sheet and bake for about 30-40 minutes, mixing halfway through.
  5. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef until browned, about 8 minutes.
  6. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper into the beef and let simmer for a couple more minutes.
  7. Assemble the bowls starting with a layer of shredded lettuce, followed by roasted sweet potatoes, seasoned meat, and toppings.
