Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and prepare a baking sheet with olive oil spray.
  2. Grate the zucchini and place it in a clean towel; wring out excess moisture thoroughly.
  3. Grate the garlic and mix it with the drained zucchini, egg, breadcrumbs, cheese, herbs, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into small balls (approximately one tablespoon each) and place them on the baking sheet.
