Ingredients
  

Bread and Fillings
  • 4 pieces sub rolls Italian or hoagie rolls
  • 8 ounces sliced salami
  • 8 ounces sliced ham
  • 8 ounces sliced pepperoni
  • 8 ounces sliced provolone cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato sliced
  • 1/2 cup banana peppers sliced
Seasoning and Toppings
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Method
 

Prepare the Oven
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Assemble the Sandwiches
  1. Slice the sub rolls in half lengthwise without cutting all the way through.
  2. Drizzle olive oil on the inside of each roll.
  3. Layer the salami, ham, pepperoni, and provolone cheese evenly inside each roll.
  4. Sprinkle Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper over the fillings.
  5. Top with shredded lettuce, sliced tomato, banana peppers, and grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake the Sandwiches
  1. Wrap each sandwich in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the bread is toasted.
Serve
  1. Remove from the oven, unwrap, and slice in half if desired. Serve warm.
